Terms

The terms of the preview

You’re trying early versions of four small apps — Days on Purpose, Scroll on Purpose, Train on Purpose and Doorway — as a favour to Xallindrome LLC. This page says what you can expect, and what you can’t yet.

Who we are

The apps are made and run by Xallindrome LLC. On this page, “we” and “the maker” mean Xallindrome LLC. “You” means you, the invited friend.

By using the apps, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them — that’s completely fine.

It’s a private preview

It’s free

The preview costs nothing. There are no payments, ads or in-app purchases. If that ever changes, we’ll tell you well in advance, and nothing will be charged without your clear “yes”.

Not medical or coaching advice

Using the apps fairly

Please don’t:

If you find a way into something by accident, please tell us instead of using it. Thank you.

Your data

Your goals, workouts, recordings and notes stay yours. We use them only to run the apps for you and, if you agree in Days on Purpose Settings → Pilot, to understand how the preview is going. The privacy page explains exactly what’s collected, who else sees it and how long it’s kept.

Other services you connect

When you sign in with Google, back up to Google Drive, use Health Connect or Apple Health, connect Strava, or watch a how-to video from YouTube, that company’s own terms apply too. We don’t control them.

Leaving

You can leave any time, without giving a reason: uninstall the apps and, if you like, ask for your account to be deleted. How deletion works.

Ending the preview

We can end the preview — for you or for everyone — at any time, for example if the apps stop working well or if these terms are broken. We’ll tell you first when we can, and explain how to get your data out where that’s possible.

No promises

The apps are provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t promise they’ll always work, be accurate, keep your data safe from every possible problem, or suit any particular purpose. As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for any loss or harm that comes from using them. Nothing here takes away rights the law says can’t be taken away.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we’ll update the date at the top and tell you about anything important before it applies to you.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
