Getting help

A real person reads every message — the maker. During the preview there’s no help desk or chat; expect a reply within a day or two.

How to reach us

From inside an app

Scroll on Purpose, Train on Purpose and Doorway each have Settings → Help → Send feedback. Pick what it’s about, write your message and, if you want an answer, add your email address. If it can’t be sent yet, the app keeps it as a draft and tries again later.

You can also attach the app’s diagnostics: the app version, your phone model and Android version, whether sync is working and which features are switched off. They never include your workouts, limits, names or account details. You can read them before sending.

By email

Write to help@daysonpurpose.com, or reply to your invitation message.

It helps to say which app, what you expected, what happened instead, and your phone model. A screenshot is welcome — check it doesn’t show anything private first.

What happens to your message

Messages sent from the apps go to a private inbox inside the Days on Purpose web app that only the maker can open. We keep them so we can follow up and spot problems that come back. They stay even if you later delete your account — if you’d like one of your messages removed, just ask and the maker will delete it by hand. The privacy page has the details.

Pause or stop

Scroll on Purpose

Train on Purpose and Doorway

Just stop opening them, or uninstall them the normal way. To stop sending anything to Days on Purpose, disconnect in the app’s settings or remove the phone in Days on Purpose Settings.

Days on Purpose (on the web)

Sign out any time. To leave the preview for good, ask for your account to be deleted — see Delete your account or data.

Common problems

The Days on Purpose web app says I’m not invited

You’re probably signed in with a different Google account. Sign out and sign in with the address your invitation was sent to.

Android won’t install the app

Allow “install unknown apps” for the browser or Files app you opened it from, then try again. If Android says the app conflicts with an existing one, tell the maker — don’t uninstall the old one first if you want to keep its data.

A connected app isn’t counting toward my goal

Check it’s connected in the app’s settings. Things recorded offline are sent when you’re back online; the app shows when something is still waiting.

Scroll on Purpose blocked something it shouldn’t

Pause it (above) and tell the maker what you were trying to open.
